Piece Control

Piece Details are held in a separate level underneath Lot Reference. Within each PIECE record, there is a Lot Reference field which differs from the piece number. This is provided for use in situations where the Cloth constituents can be usefully traced. For example, for a single coloured Cloth made of yarn from several dye lots the pieces cut from the Cloth made from each source could be separated by Lot Reference.
